    1. No persons under the age of 18 are allowed to enter this competition.
    2. The R50 000 Shopping Spree Competition consists of four independent quarters. Each quarter will run for a period of 3 months respectively, from 09h00 on the first day to 22h00 on the last day of each quarter.
    3. During each quarter, entrants into each of the quarterly competitions respectively will have the opportunity to win one of four themed R50 000 shopping spree vouchers valid only at Bedford Centre. The quarters and their timelines are as follows:
      • Fashion 1 September 2017 - 30 November 2017 (Winner announced)
      • Decor 1 December 2017 - 28 February 2018 (In progress)
      • Health, Beauty & Lifestyle 1 March 2018 - 31 May 2018 (Has not been launched)
      • Entertainment 1 June 2018 - 31 August 2018 (Has not been launched)
    4. After each quarter (3 months), the previous entries will be discarded and entries will start fresh.
    5. Only one winner will be chosen during each quarter and will be selected at the discretion of the organisers and auditors.
    6. The quarterly winner draws and winner announcements will take place within 2 weeks post the conclusion of each independent quarter.
    7. The themed R50 000 shopping spree vouchers will only be valid at Bedford Centre and its respective tenants. Each independent themed R50 000 shopping spree voucher will only be valid at tenants that are in accordance with each respective theme during each quarter.
    8. Each quarter will have its own independent method of entry. The organisers reserve the right to change the method of entry from time to time. The quarterly methods of entry are as follows:
      • Fashion: The Fashion Shopping Spree Competition may be entered into by, liking the page, filling out a simple question about BEDFORD #LifeAtTheTop Competition as well as leaving a valid email address.
      • Decor: The Decor Shopping Spree Competition may be entered into by liking our Facebook and Instagram pages, then state in the comments: Which decor-orientated stores in BEDFORD the entrants would like to spend their R50 000 DECOR voucher winnings in.
      • Health, Beauty & Lifestyle: (To be revealed at the launch of the new competition.)
      • Entertainment: (To be revealed at the launch of the new competition.)
    9. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the organisers of the competition, whose decision is final, and no negotiations and / or correspondence will be entered into after the fact. The decision of the organiser will be verified by an independent auditor, whose decision will be final in this respect.
    10. The organisers of the competition reserve the right to reject any entry that is drawn during the prize draw that does not comply with any respect of the rules of this competition.
    11. The agreement or transaction entered into, or payment made by or under it, will not give rise to any legal relationship rights, duties or consequences whatsoever, nor will it be legally enforceable or subject to litigation, but all such arrangements, agreements and transactions will be binding in honour only.
    12. No employees of The HBW Group (Pty) Ltd, Master Business Associates (Pty) Ltd, Mycalture Design & Digital, The Brand Cartel, Rock & Cricket or their immediate family members are permitted to enter this competition.
    13. The organiser of the competition reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend draw dates and times and to cancel and / or suspend the competition.
    14. Closing dates must be adhered to. No extensions will be given.
    15. The name and photographs of the winner may be published by the organiser.
    16. All entrants’ personal information may be used for notification of future competitions and / or advertising campaigns.
