Procedure
for application
On a company letterhead
send us full proposal regarding the promotion,
including floor plan / layout of exhibition,
product description, what the aim of the
promotion is, photographs of previous exhibitions,
advertising in support of the promotion and
what will be the activities on the stand.
Promotions at Bedford
Centre must be professional, of a world class
standard and add value to the Centre. No
exhibition will be allowed that aims to take
advantage of the feet in the centre.
Should the proposal
meet with the Centre’s standards and
appointment will be set up to discuss available
dates etc.
Proposals can be faxed
through to (011) 646 9347 or delivered to
Centre Management, situated on Level 1, East
Tower. All proposals should be marked for
the attention of Yolandi.
Tenants receive a
25% discount on the court cost. (No discount
on the carpeting)
General details regarding
court bookings
Set up is on a Tuesday
before 09:00 and dismantling of stands take
place on a Monday after 18:00.
Trading hours for
exhibitors are strictly 09:00 – 18:00
(Monday to Friday), Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00
and 09:00 to 14:00 on Sundays and public
holidays.
Professionally printed
signage should be displayed in the exhibition
area at all times, stating the name and contact
details for the exhibitor.
Please note a telephonic
confirmation of he booking by the exhibitor
will be binding. Cancellation fees will be
applicable.
A promotion is only
confirmed on receipt of a 50% non-refundable
deposit. The balance to be paid 14 days prior
to the commencement date.
A promotion is only
confirmed once the exhibition agreement has
been signed by the exhibitor and in possession
of the Centre.
A court is only regarded
as paid for once the exhibitor provides proof
of payments. Deposit slips etc. could be
faxed to (011) 622 4334.
All courts in the
Centre have a height restriction of 1.3 meters
and the exhibition stand must comply within
the prescribed lease line.
No sound equipment
may be used during a promotion in the Centre.
